Challenge: Katy was in need of a CRM platform to help manage her clientflow as she prepared to launch a new service offering. After some research, she chose HoneyBook but quickly realized she needed some expert help getting things set up as her client roster began to fill up.
Solution: We worked together to map out her full client journey for her new One Day Website VIP offer. I then was able to build everything out inside of HoneyBook in just one day, through my own VIP offer. Below is a detailed list of what I was able to accomplish for Katy during our HoneyBook VIP Day...
-Pipeline Stage Customization: Leads/Clients flow through Katy's pipeline in a way that makes the most sense for her business and processes
-Lead Capture: 1) Contact Form to embed on website to capture general inquiries along with a simple follow-up workflow; 2) Lead Form to be linked on VIP offer page to direct a lead to schedule a discovery call and answer a few qualifying questions
-Scheduler Setup: Creation of 5 different session types to be used throughout the client journey (discovery call, strategy call, etc.)
-All-in-One Booking Smart File: Lead can seamlessly book their VIP day, review the invoice, sign the service agreement, and pay their deposit
-Client Onboarding Smart File: New client has the chance to review all of the important details of working with Katy for a VIP day, schedule their strategy session, and receives prep work files
-Client Feedback Questionnaire: Automates the testimonial request process
-Email Templates: Created and formatted for each necessary step using Katy's provided copy
-Connected each of the pieces above to build an effective and automated client workflow
(Note: as a designer, Katy handled the design, while I handled the tech and strategically piecing everything together)
Outcome: Katy was able to focus on refining her new VIP offer, while having the backend of the process taken care of for her. Along the way, she gained expert insight into how HoneyBook could transform the way she works along with a strategic client journey roadmap to help build her other offers upon. She now has confidence knowing her systems are working behind the scenes to help her deliver an exceptional VIP client experience each and every time!
